Although he studied chemistry, he has had a big passion for the kitchen since many years ago. Actually he has a culinary background because his father is from Italy, his mother is Arab and he was raised in Argentina, thus gives him an interesting cultural mixture of different kind of Mediterranean cuisines. He is member of the Pan-American Forum of Culinary Associations and World Association of Cooks Societies. He is now the main chef of La Gloria Restaurant
