Ana Maria's family has always been into food business in Cusco, so she has learn all about food by herself. She began her interest into pastries since very young although she has been into Peruvian cuisine lately.

She's been responsible of the restaurant at the Hacienda Huayoccari for the last 15 years, focussing into home-style country cuisine, which is very attractive to guests.
